Bold Bean Co. has made a name for itself in the industry by sharing remarkable bean recipes and offering expertly sourced jarred beans that "taste so good, you can eat them straight from the jar".
After years of experience in the food industry as a private chef and later in the food sustainability sector, a number of challenges confronting our food system became prominent to Amelia. Mindful of the urgency to curtail meat consumption, better soil health and devise more resilient food systems for a more secure future, Amelia sought out a practical solution.
The Solution: Beans
Interestingly, it was beans that emerged as the practical solution. Their capacity to feed increasing populations and rehabilitate the soil made them seem like the perfect answer. However, one significant obstacle impeding widespread consumption of beans was the scarcity of recipes demonstrating their versatile nature and applications outside of traditional dishes like chilli con carne.

Amelia understood this gap in the market. Therefore, long before she began selling her now award-winning beans, she embarked on a journey of sharing unique bean recipes on Instagram, thus, changing the perception and understanding of beans in everyday meals.
