His extensive experience as a UX designer, executive design leader, and consultant provides him with a broad perspective on how effective communication can enhance design outcomes. He has coached and mentored teams on design practices and communication strategies at both large enterprises and small startups globally.
In addition to his hands-on design work, Tom is available for in-person workshops, online training, and motivational keynotes tailored for teams and conferences. He is also the author of 'Articulating Design Decisions,' which emphasizes the importance of stakeholder communication in delivering optimal user experiences. Tom resides in Illinois with his wife and five children.
