Susan M. Weinschenk holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and has over 30 years of experience as a behavioral scientist. She specializes in applying behavioral science principles to design, technology, and business. Susan completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Northeastern University after starting her studies at Virginia Tech. She furthered her education with a Master's and Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University.

Currently, Susan serves as the CEO and Chief Behavioral Scientist at The Team W, Inc., and is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin. In addition to her consulting and teaching roles, she is a prolific author, having written several books on the intersection of psychology and design, including 'How to Get People to Do Stuff' and '100 Things Every Designer Needs to Know About People.' Outside of her professional endeavors, Susan enjoys reading, watching movies, and singing in a jazz band.
