Gino Wickman

Gino Wickman is an entrepreneur who began his journey at the age of 21, driven by a passion for understanding what enables businesses and entrepreneurs to succeed. At 25, he took over his family's struggling business, which was deeply in debt. Through his leadership, he managed to turn the company around, eventually running it for seven years before successfully selling it.

After exiting the family business, Gino dedicated himself to helping other entrepreneurs and leaders achieve their goals. He created the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), a practical framework designed to assist companies in clarifying and achieving their vision. Gino has delivered over 2,000 full-day sessions to more than 135 companies, guiding them in implementing EOS. He is also the author of the best-selling book 'Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business,' which has sold over 1 million copies, along with five other books in the Traction Library that have collectively sold nearly 3 million copies.
