Gino Wickman is an entrepreneur who began his journey at the age of 21, driven by a passion for understanding what enables businesses and entrepreneurs to succeed. At 25, he took over his family's struggling business, which was deeply in debt. Gino has delivered over 2,000 full-day sessions to more than 135 companies, guiding them in implementing EOS. He is also the author of the best-selling book 'Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business,' which has sold over 1 million copies, along with five other books in the Traction Library that have collectively sold nearly 3 million copies.
