Jane E. Dutton is the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished University Professor of Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Michigan. She conducts research, teaches, and collaborates with organizations to enhance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Her work centers on building high-quality connections, job crafting, and fostering compassion in the workplace. Dutton is a co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations at the Ross School of Business, where she develops tools and interventions aimed at promoting positive leadership.
