Pavel Tsatsouline is a Belarusian-born fitness instructor and former Soviet Special Forces instructor. He is recognized for introducing Spetsnaz training techniques to elite U.S. military units, including the Navy SEALs, Marines, and Army Special Forces. In 1998, he played a pivotal role in popularizing the Russian kettlebell in the West, which has since become a fundamental tool in strength training.

As the chairman of StrongFirst, Inc., Tsatsouline oversees a leading fitness education company that offers certifications in kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight training. StrongFirst also conducts courses and special events internationally, focusing on advanced strength training techniques. Tsatsouline has authored several influential books on strength training, including 'Kettlebell Simple & Sinister' and 'Enter the Kettlebell!'.
