Mark Rippetoe

Mark Rippetoe is an author and fitness professional known for his contributions to both powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. He has worked in the fitness industry since 1978, owning the Wichita Falls Athletic Club since 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Midwestern State University and was a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
