Melissa Perri is a strategic advisor, author, and board member who collaborates with leaders at Fortune 500 companies and SaaS scale-ups to foster growth through impactful product strategies and organizational development. She authored the acclaimed book 'Escaping the Build Trap' in 2018, which has significantly influenced the field of product management. Currently, she serves as the CEO and founder of Produx Labs, which provides e-learning resources for product professionals through initiatives like Product Institute and CPO Accelerator.
In addition to her role at Produx Labs, Melissa is a board member of Meister and serves as a board advisor for Labster and Dragonboat. She was previously a board member of Forsta, which was acquired by Press Ganey in 2022.
