Experience and Career

Ben Bergeron embarked on his career in athletic coaching in 1990. Later in 2009, he began coaching elite CrossFit Games® athletes. As the owner of CrossFit New England, his professional focus has been in pursuing a standard of competitive excellence in training.

Former Competitor

Not new to competition himself, Bergeron was once a competitor. His experience has undoubtedly given him unique insights into the needs and demands of the athletes he coaches.

Successful Outcomes

Throughout his coaching career, Bergeron has successfully trained five different CrossFit Games® champions. He currently trains top-performing CrossFit athletes like Katrín Davíðsdóttir, Mat Fraser, Cole Sager, and Brooke Wells.

Personal Life

Outside of his coaching duties, Bergeron enjoys spending time with his beloved wife, Heather, and their children.
