His extensive experience includes working with numerous Fortune 500 companies and notable financial and governmental organizations, such as Cisco Systems, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Pfizer, among others. Additionally, Ron has collaborated with start-ups and non-profits to address their unique challenges related to growth and complexity.
Early in his career, Ron contributed to GE's WorkOut approach under CEO Jack Welch, focusing on creating more agile organizations. He played a significant role in shaping GE Capital's strategy for acquisition integration. Ron is the author of 'Simply Effective: How to Cut Through Complexity in Your Organization and Get Things Done' and has co-authored several influential books, including 'Rapid Results!' and 'The Boundaryless Organization.' His thought leadership is further demonstrated through his numerous articles, including contributions to the Harvard Business Review and Forbes.
