Ken is a bestselling author renowned for his impactful works on real estate, including The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing, The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing, and The ABC’s of Property Management. Beisdes his independent works, Ken has also contributed to The Real Book of Real Estate.

The Sleeping Giant

In his fourth book, The Sleeping Giant, Ken aims to inspire individuals to help solve economic issues through entrepreneurship. The book contains stories of twenty successful self-employed entrepreneurs and their journey towards financial freedom through job creation. This book's success led Ken to launch a nationwide contest via Facebook titled "Are You The Next Million Dollar Entrepreneur?". Here, through their innovative ideas for their businesses, contestants stand a chance to win $5000 and a year long mentoring program with Ken and other equally successful entrepreneurs.

Ken is a valued member of several prestigious groups such as the Entrepreneurs Organization, the Young Presidents Organization, and the Arizona Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization. He has held multiple board positions and was the president for the fiscal year of 2004-2005.

Charitable Endeavors

Ken is ardent about engaging with his community, having served on advisory boards for Child Help and AZ Food Banks, where he conducted a large food drive in Arizona. Together with MC Companies, he supports several organizations such as Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Hydrocephalus Association, The University of Arizona Health Sciences Center, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Salpointe Catholic High School, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Autism Speaks, McKenzie Monks Foundation, and the Partnership for a Drug-Free America.

Ken presently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his family, and they often spend their time with friends and family in Coeur d'Alene Idaho.
