Jeff Cavins is an American Catholic evangelist, author, and biblical scholar known for creating The Great Adventure Bible Study system, which he began developing in 1985. This program focuses on understanding salvation history through the biblical narrative and has grown into a worldwide movement. The Great Adventure Catholic Bible serves as a companion to the study system, further enhancing its educational impact.

Before his work in Catholic evangelism, Cavins was a Protestant pastor. He has also been involved in media, serving as the founding host of the Life on the Rock show on EWTN and hosting Morning Air on Relevant Radio. Alongside his wife Emily, he leads pilgrimages to Israel and other countries, sharing his passion for the Bible, discipleship, and simplicity. Cavins resides in Minnesota and has three daughters and three grandchildren.
