Dr. Scott Hahn is an illustrious author and editor with over forty published works. Many of his lectures have been recorded and distributed by Lighthouse Catholic Media. Numerous appearances on the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) have cast him into the spotlight, with regular hosting and presenting duties on series such as 'Our Fathers Plan', 'The Lamb's Super', 'Genesis to Jesus', and 'Consuming the Word'.

In addition to his roles as a speaker and presenter, Dr. Hahn is the Founder and President of the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology. He holds the prestigious positions of Fr. Michael Scanlan, TOR Chair of Biblical Theology and the New Evangelization at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where he has taught since 1990, and the William and Lois McEssy Distinguished Visiting Professor of Biblical Theology and the New Evangelization at Mundelein Seminary in Chicago. He also held the Pope Benedict XVI Chair of Biblical Theology and Liturgical Proclamation at St. Vincent Seminary and the Cardinal Laghi Chair of Catholic Theology at the Pontifical Seminary Josephinum.

Education and Personal Life

Scott graduated from Grove City College in 1979 with a BA in Theology, Philosophy and Economics, followed by an M.Div from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 1982. He received his Ph.D. in Theology from Marquette University in 1995. In 1982, he was ordained at Trinity Presbyterian Church, and he entered the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil in 1986.

Born in 1957, Dr. Hahn has been wedded to Kimberly since 1979. The couple makes their home in Steubenville, Ohio, and are the proud parents of six children and twelve grandchildren.
