J Scott began his career in Silicon Valley, where he held management roles at several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and eBay. In 2008, he and his wife Carol transitioned from their corporate careers to focus on real estate investing, a decision that has led them to acquire, build, rehab, sell, lend on, and hold over $150 million in properties across the United States over the past 15 years.
As an accomplished author, J has written five books on real estate investing, which have collectively sold over 350,000 copies. His works are designed to assist investors globally in navigating the complexities of real estate, covering topics such as estimating rehab costs, flipping houses, and negotiating deals. J currently resides in Sarasota, FL, with his family.
