She is the author of the New York Times bestseller, The Garden Within, which has resonated with a wide audience. Dr. Anita's advocacy work in mental health has reached hundreds of thousands, and her podcast, In the Light with Dr. Anita, aims to transform lives globally.
As a media personality, Dr. Anita has been featured on prominent platforms including The Talk, Oprah, and the Today Show. She holds degrees from the University of Maryland and the Regent University School of Psychology & Counseling, and she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
