Sari Solden, M.S., is a psychotherapist based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with over 35 years of experience counseling individuals with ADHD. She has authored several influential books, including 'Women with Attention Deficit Disorder' and 'Journeys Through ADDulthood.' Her work focuses on the unique challenges faced by women with ADHD, particularly those who grew up undiagnosed. Solden's expertise extends to inattentive ADHD and the emotional healing processes necessary for adults navigating these issues.
In addition to her writing, Sari Solden has been a prominent keynote speaker at both national and international forums, sharing her insights on ADHD for three decades. She currently mentors neurodiverse mental health professionals and serves on the professional advisory board of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), where she has been recognized for her outstanding service. Her latest book, co-authored with Michelle Frank, Psy.D., titled 'A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD: Embrace Neurodiversity, Live Boldly, and Break Through Barriers,' was released in July 2019.
