He received his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Stanford University and spent 21 years as a professor at the University of Colorado, where he became a full professor in the Counseling Psychology Department. Throughout his career, Dr. Hendricks has coached over eight hundred executives from major companies such as Dell, Hewlett-Packard, and Motorola. He is the founder of the Hendricks Institute, which offers seminars across North America, Asia, and Europe.
